TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms—regardless of whether you’ve read them or not. For any questions, contact: [email protected]CREATIVE PROCESS•Client must provide clear references, details, and any necessary files.
•For print work, specs must be given beforehand.
•Character designs must be legally owned or properly authorized.
•All commissions are treated as personal use unless commercial usage is explicitly discussed (e.g. VTuber models, stream assets, merch, etc.).USAGE RIGHTS
Artist Rights•I retain full copyright and may display the artwork in my portfolio, social media, and streams.
•I may post WIPs unless the client requests otherwise at the start.
•If requested, I’ll keep the work private at no extra cost.Client Rights•You may not claim, trace, edit, or resell the art without permission.
•Credit is required when posting publicly.
•You may not use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain projects. Violations will result in blacklisting and revocation of usage rights.
•Personal-use commissions come with exclusive usage rights for non-commercial purposes only.
•Commercial usage requires prior agreement and additional fees.CONTENT RESTRICTIONS•I do not copy other artists’ styles.
•I may decline commissions involving underage characters, heavy mecha, or triggering content.
•Complex designs or unfamiliar content may incur extra charges.
•I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reason.COMMUNICATION•I will provide WIPs for approval at key stages:
•Initial sketch
•Lineart + color planning
•I’ll also update you ASAP if any real-life delays happen.
•Email is preferred, but I can communicate via social media if needed.
•I typically respond within a few hours or the same day.REVISIONS•Minor changes (e.g., missing accessories, color tweaks) are free during WIP and final delivery.
•Major changes are only accepted during sketch or lineart phase.
•Excessive revisions or major changes post-lineart may incur extra fees.TIMELINE•Delivery time depends on complexity.
•Standard illustrations: usually 1–2 weeks after sketch approval.
•VTuber models and complex work will take longer.
•Rush fee: +50% if needed in under 1 week.
•If there’s no update or communication after 1 month, the client may request a full refund.
•Please inform me ahead of time if there's a specific deadline.PAYMENT•Payments are made via Wise or PayPal.
•Do not send money before receiving the invoice.
•Invoices are sent after sketch approval and must be paid within 72 hours.
•Work begins only after payment is confirmed.
•Partial payments are available for large commissions—ask via email.
•No chargebacks after completion.
•Refunds are available under these conditions:
•Full refund if I’m unable to complete the commission.
•Full refund if over 1 month passes with zero communication.
•50% refund if canceled during rendering.
•If you use the partial work received, you are only entitled to a 50% refund.
